Hello, I’d like to create a payment extension but I can’t. I’d like to create an Offsite payments app extension as mentioned in the documentation:

But when I go to the Extension menu, in the Payment tab, I don’t see an extension creation button like the one mentioned in the documentation. And I don’t know where and how to create the payment extension.
