How do I create direct messages with member accounts?

How do I create direct messages with member accounts in-store? Anything helps. CRM, helpdesk, ticket system, forum app etc.

This is what I’m looking for:

  • they MUST be logged in

  • The owner or staff can message other accounts on the store without them opening a ticket/channel (we open the ticket/channel)

  • start multiple conversations separate from each other (so everything is not in one channel)

  • upload media files like pictures PDF and videos

    Is there an app for this?
