I’m a web developer but a newbie to Shopify. The products in our shop have a custom cost associated with them that is stored as part of the metafield of the product and custom tokens are assigned to users via metafields too. All of this is managed via webhook when the order is created to update the tokens associated with the user when a product is purchased. This works well on the online store but for purchases made on the Shop app, the custom metafields are not sent with the order. Is there anyway to customize the order that originates from the Shop app?
