How do I customize packing slips for more information?

I am a newbie and need someone to help me walk me though how to do the following if possible.

I am wanting the packing slips to tell me more information such as: customer email and phone number , shipping method, and payment method.

I know about the help page at https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/orders/packing-slips-variable-list

what I don’t know is how to insert them in to the code when I just copy and paste the words just show up.

Just seeing if you had the answer to your question, we are looking to add shipping method to our packing slip.

Hi guys,

Do you know how to add if a customer selects ‘express post’ service to the packing slips? Shopify haven’t been able to help, they suggested reaching out here.
