Are you using the same app for both Pop Up messages? You should be able to deactivate or disable this within the app.
What app are you currently using for the Pop Up feature?

it seems you are using Mailchimp so they would have a settings to enable and disable and redesign as well in the app settings

If you’re unable to remember which app was used to create the pop up as this isn’t a native feature of Shopify, the best next steps from here is definitely to contact our Shopify Support team who will be able to find the app in the back end internal on our end. This would most probably also be the fastest way for you to find and remove this extra pop-up so you can move on with the plans for your store!
