I’m not able to see your account details over the Shopify Community, so I wouldn’t be able to close your account on my end, but our live support team can look into this with you further on this page. You can follow these steps to request support:
- Start on this page.
- Log in to your account. If you’re unable to log in you can still continue by clicking Continue without logging in.
- Select a topic most related to your question or problem.
- Review the suggested articles and guides or continue to the support options listed under the articles and guides.

The easiest way is to get your gmail account back on track and reset your password, then login to your Shopify store - even if it’s for this task only.
Otherwise, I would suggest to follow @Erin_1 advice to get help with your issue. You may want to backup your store if decide later to join back, also there are other options available too, like pause the store temporarily.
