I didn’t paid monthly subscription so my store got frozen and it try to automatically pay for the month.. But i don’t have money to pay it so i want to deactivate my store. soo how can i deactivate my store when its frozen ?

Steps:1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Plan.

Click Deactivate store.

If applicable, review the options to switch to the Pause and build plan, or start a new store.

If you still want to deactivate, then click Deactivate store.

Select a reason for the deactivation, and then click Continue.

Enter your password, and then click Deactivate now.

If your store has already entered a frozen state then that means that the system has attempted to charge your billing card on file 3 times already. Since the payment wasn’t able to be processed at this time, the store will stay in a frozen state and will not attempt any more charges until you decide to reopen the store.
If the store is now frozen, you can treat it like it is closed and not have to worry about any monthly billing fees for your subscription. Please feel free to contact our live support to confirm that your store is frozen if you are worried about any additional charges.
