I am or i was on a free 3 day trial and i want to completely close my store and my manager account but i dont know how since there is no options beside pick a plan and account settings

Generally, if you’re on a free trial and haven’t chosen a pricing plan yet, you don’t need to take any action to deactivate your account. However, if you want, you can follow the deactivation steps here.
If you’d like our team to confirm if your store has been successfully deactivated, I invite you to reach out to our Contact Us page.
As you won’t be able to login, select ‘Can’t log in to your Shopify account’ and then immediately click on the ‘I still can’t access my account’ green button.
Then scroll down to the bottom of the page, where you should see the ‘Get Support’ section, where you can select your preferred communication channel.
