How do i delete or lower the country/region section PLEASE HELP

How can I remove the country/region section from my Shopify mobile website? As you can see in the image, this section takes over the entire header, making it impossible to see the different tabs. Can someone please help me lower or remove it? I have already turned off the checkbox.

Go to your theme’s “Edit Code” Option, then in the search bar type “theme.liquid”
Below the tag “” tag paste the following. Screenshot attached for reference.

Thank you so much for the solution. However, I have one more issue: the text in the country/region section is now the same color as the header background, making it invisible. I can’t find where to adjust this. Do you know how I can fix this?
