My website is ohhmygoodness.com.

GMC says This website address has already been claimed by 1 other Merchant Center account.

If you continue, the other account will lose their claim, and its products will get disapproved.

If I claim the website and I do have a second GMC account, do I create a bigger problem?

Yes, that may create an issue.

For example getting suspended. The general rule is 1 business = 1 account

Try to find in your emails the original account, and link that one. Once done, delete the new account you created.
