How do I disable currency conversion in Shopify Dawn?

Hey folks how do I get my product page to show $149 USD instead of $214 (SGD)?

I believe it’s showing $214 because I’m based in Singapore, but I just want the store to show USD worldwide. You can see a link to my store here and a screenshot: https://lensadvizor-demo.myshopify.com/products/custom-lensadvizor-development

When I check out, the price reverts to $149 USD. I just would like it to show $149 all the time to anyone. I’m using Shopify’s Dawn theme.

Thank you!

Hi!

Head to your Admin Panel and click settings. On the store details tab, you can select your store’s currency, whatever you set this to should appear across your site :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi @Ming_Sendif

I took a look at your store and I am not seeing currency conversion happening, or a currency converter on the website anywhere. Were you able to get this issue resolved?

Also great work on your promotional site for your app! I think you have done a great job with it.

Hey Woody, I have already set the currency to USD in my store settings, but the storefront still displays $214, which is USD converted into Singapore Dollars for me.

Hi Shay,

It’s still showing in Singapore Dollars (214) instead of USD (149) for me.

For anyone facing similar problems in the future, I solved it by deleting Shopify Markets from my Settings.

Deleted Shopify Markets, and the pricing is now consistent across the board!

Hi! How did you delete shopify markets from your settings? I’m having the same issue
