How do I disable/edit a pop up that appears at the wrong time | Thank you for your purchase

I just went live with my store (SuperStore theme), and there is an annoying popup that appears as soon as the page loads saying ‘Thank you for your purchase’ asking for a rating, email/name, etc. How do I edit the flow of this popup until after the checkout process is complete or simply disable it for now.

It appears this might be caused by an App that I have installed; I am currently working through them for resolution. Thanks team!
