How do I disconnect domain from inactive store and connect it to a new one?

Hi there,

I made a trial Shopify account and connected the domain to it that I purchased from GoDaddy.

Then the trial got over and now I cannot access the dashboard.
I want to connect that domain to my new store.

Please help me do that.
If there’s no other way then please let me know how can I delete the previous trial store.
Please help me resolve this issue ASAP.

If your trial period ran out and you no longer have access to your dashboard, you will need to reach out to our live support to help you gain access to the account and transfer your domain. While we’re not able to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community at this time, we’d be happy to continue assisting you through live chat, email, or callback. Please visit our Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request. Once we reach a support member and explain your issue, they should be able to help you gain access to your account to begin the process of transferring your domain out of the account in question.

From where did you purchase your domain? Do you still have account access to your domain provider?

the domain disconnects right after your store isn’t active so you can just setup a new store and put the store name u want

you can always go to your Shopify store settings and disconnect his user so he doesnt have access to anything
