How do I edit Canonical URL in a blog post?

Hi,

Does anyone know how to change canonical URLs in blog posts? My site is not the original source of the press release that was posted on our blog, so I would like to change the canonical URL to the original source of the press release if possible.

This is my blog post:

https://www.overcomeveryday.com/blogs/company-news-info/chronic-pain-study

This is the original source that I would like to canonicalize:

https://newsworthy.ai/news/20220921313.423.244/university-of-michigan-researchers-investigating-efficacy-of-unique-cannabinoid-formulations-and-dosing-for-chronic-pain
