How do I edit the title and text that came as a default on my homepage?
It currently says
Share information about your brand with your customers. Describe a product, make announcements, or welcome customers to your store"
and I would like it to either (preferably) be gone completely or to be able to customize it to something for our store.

Welcome to the Shopify Community! Happy to help. Can I ask which theme you’re using for your store? This will make it easier to help walk you through this.
You can change the information, products, images, and more on your home page by customizing your theme. I’d recommend reading through our help document on editing your theme. This document explains how to make these changes, and get comfortable using the theme editor (where you go to edit your theme from the Shopify admin).
Once you’ve gone through that document, let me know if you’re still having troubles. If you are, please let us know what theme you’re using as well as share a screenshot of what you’d like to change. Since your store is currently password protected, we’re not able to access it from the link provided.
