How Do I edit the code to make the metafields visible in my product page

Hi,

I have created the metafield for product subtitles as i want small subheading under my product title in product page. But i dont seems to get on how I can make it shown in my product page/website. I have go through all the coding/information from the shopify community but still cant get it worked. Can someone help me on this?
