How do I edit the product page in Dawn theme? I try going to Themes>Customize>Theme Settings but I don’t see any option for Product Page.

You could edit the product page by going to Themes > Customize. On the top dropdown menu, select Product section > Default Product and you can see the options in the sidebar menu.
