How do I effectively track Pinterest event codes for my Brooklyn store?

Hello guys!!

I have added the Pinterest app to my store. Is there anything else I need to do for instance to track the add-to carts, checkouts… and the other event codes or does the app takes care of everything?

Also when I check I check the Pinterest tag helper extension, there is always this message: “PageVisit event was sent successfully with warnings” product category missing.

I don’t know if it’s an issue with the code or if it has to do with my products in the store.

Please if you have anything ti help me with, don’t hesitate to let me know.

Pinterest is a third-party sale channels built and maintained by the Pinterest team. You can follow this thread for specific information about the error messages you received.

According to Pinterest support, the Product Category event data is not supported with the Shopify Pinterest tag implementation. The error is expected behaviour.
