How do I fix an image banner issue in the dawn theme?

Hi

I have a trouble with image banner.

Since, there is no image link function in banner section in dawn theme, So I edit the code and input image link in banner section. But after setting the image link, the banner is pressed when I push the menu. How can I resolve this?

It only works if the menu overlayed in header, but not works if the menu overlayed body section.
