How do I fix Google ads conversion tracking setup errors?

Hi all,

I’ve been trying to set up conversion tracking for a while with Google ads and I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong.

I am getting an error with Tag Manager saying the G-Tags are not set up properly but I can’t figure out for the life of me what exactly to change.

If there’s anything you can spot from the screenshots below or any tips would be greatly appreciated.
