How do I fix multiple domain errors?

I am having trouble with my domain, it says “multiple issues with my store.” I am hoping someone can help me with this I checked the DNS settings and everything was correct. If I wasted my money I am going to be really upset, I would appreciate any type of help.

Have you checked your DNS settings, try clearing your browser’s cache or using a different browser. Also, ensure your SSL certificate is active, as this can cause errors. If you made recent changes, DNS propagation can take up to 48 hours. I was facing the same issue for my website Scarletioshub and after DNS propagation done, my issue got resolved.

Thanks for the suggestions! I haven’t checked the DNS settings yet, so I’ll do that now. I did clear my browser cache and tried Chrome and Firefox, but the issue was still there. My SSL certificate is active, so maybe it really is just a DNS propagation delay — I did make some recent changes. Good to know your Scarlet iOS website’s issue got fixed after 48 hours. Hopefully mine resolves the same way.

Yeah, I faced a similar issue with my site too — it turned out to be a DNS propagation delay just like with Scarletioshub. I kept refreshing and even cleared my cache a few times while waiting. Ended up passing the time playing Drift Boss until everything finally started working again!

This issue is pretty common on Shopify, especially after recent domain or DNS changes. Even if everything looks correct in your DNS records, Shopify can still show “multiple issues” while it’s verifying the domain in the background. DNS propagation can sometimes take longer than expected, especially if nameservers or A records were updated recently.

I’d suggest double-checking that there are no duplicate A records or old CNAME entries still active with your domain provider. Also, make sure the primary domain is correctly selected inside Shopify and that the SSL status eventually switches from “pending” to “active” without warnings. In many cases, this resolves itself once propagation fully completes, so waiting the full 48 hours is usually the right move.

I ran into a very similar problem before, and it turned out not to be a mistake on my end. Shopify showed multiple domain errors even though the DNS settings were correct. The issue was simply that the domain hadn’t fully propagated yet after changes were made.

What helped was waiting a bit longer and avoiding making repeated DNS edits during that time, as that can reset the propagation window. After about a day or two, the errors disappeared on their own. If it’s still showing the same message after 48 hours, then reaching out to Shopify support with the screenshot is usually the fastest way to get confirmation on what’s still pending.

Hi @cdoranyoung

If you have verified your DNS settings are correct and the domain is showing errors, remove and re-add the domain on Shopify. Clear your browser cache, and allow a few hours for propagation. If all else fails, a third-party DNS checker can show you any conflicts or missing records hidden from your store.
