I’m trying to finish the configuration of facebook and instagram but it has been imposible. they told me to contact facebook but they haven replied.
this the message of the error:
"Esta cuenta de Instagram ya está conectada a una cuenta comercial. Para seguir usando la función “Comprar en Instagram” debes eliminar la cuenta comercial conectada. Contacta a Facebook para resolver este problema.

I understand you’re trying to set up your Facebook Sales Channel > Instagram Shopping however you’re unable to as it states this Instagram account is already connected to a business account.
In order to view your permissions and troubleshooting within your Facebook Business Manager, you’ll need to follow up on your ticket with Facebook Support. This is due to the fact Shopify does not have the requested permissions to view within your Facebook Business Manager. You can also contact Facebook Support by clicking the Contact Facebook button that appears on the error message prompt in your Shopify admin.
I also recommend looking into our Shopify Community - Facebook Channel Troubleshooting - Table Of Contents to review and ensure you have the required permissions set up in your Facebook Business Manager.
