How do I fix my store's MCC issue?

I have been trying to correct an issue with my store for over two weeks. When I identified the possible problem and corrective action, I contacted Shopify Support but have not received an update or even a response in over a week now. The ticket states the issue was elevated, which from my perspective means it becomes even more elusive to find out what is going on. Can someone please contact me so I can resolve this issue?
