553/983 of my products have this problem on google merchant center. I don’t know what to do. These products have an issue called ‘duplicate variant’. I don’t know how to fix it from shopify. Do I manually delete products or is there some filter I can use?
Also, my account is suspended for customizable goods. How would I go about fixing that. And, are free listings different from buy on google.
This happens when you submit a product variation without any variant attributes. Make sure all products have, one of or all of the following: item group id, color, size, age group, gender, pattern, material.
If the proudcts are bundles or multipacks, then make sure to tag these as well.
That is the correct way to resolve the issues.

Thanks Emmanuel, but is there any way I can do that from the Shopify products list, or do I have to do it from Google merchant center?
Go to your app > click on edit products > add all your details.
