Hi! I have no idea where to go to get a refund for Shopify, as my $1 dollar a month subscription was cancelled a while ago, but I still got charged with a $27 dollar payment today and should not have been. Please help me out
The payment was actually $33.24 that I received, and when I logged back on to Shopify to cancel subscription, it restarted my account like I am just setting up a store for the first time and my free trial has started! Whats going on? Do I still have an active membership or did I just get $33.24 stolen from me?

I think the best thing to do here would be to reach out to our live support to ensure your store is fully closed correctly, and also to request a refund. I cannot guarantee a refund is possible, but this is certainly the best way to get the ball rolling on this!
