I have developed a store from scratch (almost 90% done). Testing many many things, while testing I have tested the store ownership transfer. I have transferred my development store to my another shopify account. After transfer, the subscription page blocks the store access. I can’t access and get my store back to original partner account.
I have contacted the customer support, spoken with more than 10 people. everyone says escalated the issue to the billing team, but its been more than 5days and still i didn’t get any updates. One of the customer supports insists me to make a subscription and get the store.
Is there any way to rectify the issue quickly?
