I’m having trouble with my banner showing up on my mobile site.

To gather more context, can you please let me know which theme you’re using? From what you shared, it sounds like your homepage banner is displaying as expected on the desktop version of your website. However, not on the mobile version, is that correct?
If so, did you insert the banner by making coding changes to your theme or through the theme customizer? These additional bits of information will be very helpful in determining how to proceed.

Hi, I’m using Dawn. I added in a code so that my banner could have a link and now it’s not showing up on the mobile version.

Thanks for getting back to me. I appreciate the additional context. It sounds like there may be an issue with the coding in that case.
I suggest rolling back to an older version of your theme. You can roll back just the file that you made the changes to. Going forward, if you’re going to edit the code of your theme, I highly recommend duplicating your theme so that you can test out the changes on the duplicated version first.
Because you’re using a free Shopify theme, if you’re on the Basic Shopify plan or higher, then you receive 60 minutes of complimentary design support. If you don’t feel comfortable making these changes yourself, our Support team may be able to help further with this. You can learn more about the types of customizations available here: Theme Support.
Otherwise, you could consider hiring a Shopify Expert to help you make this change as well. I suggest browsing the list of Experts that specialize in theme customizations.
In the meantime, how has everything else been going with business? Is this a new venture you’ve started?
Thank you @Luna_1 , I will go back but I’m actually not sure how. Not a new business venture just a rebrand. Selling left handed planners.
Now that I’ve changed it back it’s still not showing up on my mobile site.
