I have gone into the collections section and reordered my products manually but when I click on the collection online it doesn’t come up manually first it comes up under new to old
Is there a way I can have it so it comes up with what I have manually edited first and then if my customer choses to change how they filter then it will change

Could you please check the settings under Collections > Products? Please make sure it’s set to ‘Manually’.

I do have it set to manually but when I go on my website it is not set like that
From the screenshot provided, it appears that you are viewing search results rather than a collection page. It’s important to note that search results are not influenced by the manual sorting settings of your collections.
To enhance the visibility of specific products in search results, I recommend utilizing the Product Boost feature available in the Shopify Search & Discovery app. This is an official app developed by Shopify and may require installation if you haven’t done so already.
Within the Product Boost creation interface, you can easily select the products you wish to prioritize. Additionally, ensure that you associate all relevant search terms with these selected products to effectively promote them at the beginning of the search results.
