I have dawn v12 and have followed the following 2 tutorials pretty closely (thank you to all that helped from before) to
(1) create a new customized product template,
(2) added a text field to receive a message that will be used to customize the product assigned to the customized product template.
(3) i assigned an active customizable product to the customized product template,
i submitted a live order and tracked the personalized message.

i can see the personalized message in the draft order in my cart,

I can see the final order with the personalized message in my admin screen.

I DO NOT see the personalized message in any notification emails ← nice to have any help to solve it is appreciated

I DO NOT see the personalized message in my DSERs interface.

I DO NOT know if the personalized message is being sent to the supplier on dsers.
I am trying to solve for the following:

how can I get that text field over to DSERs so the supplier can receive it?

is there a way for me to confirm the personalized message is being sent to the supplier?
