How do I get rid of the color block for the button on Image Banner on Dawn Theme?

In the Dawn Theme 5.0.0, for the Image Banner:

How do I get rid of the colored block/rectangle (text box) behind the button and button text, so that only the text and the button appear on the image banner? Is it the “SHOW CONTAINER ON DESKTOP” checkbox in the Customization? I tried that but it doesn’t work. I attached images below of what it looks like now and what I want it to look like:
