How do I get support for the Order Printer if the Contact Support link in the chatbot isn't working?

The Order Printer isn’t working in our instance. It won’t display a preview when selected from an order, or a list of orders if you goto the app itself.

I have tried to get support via the chatbot and have tried all their suggestions including clearing browser cache, trying another browser all together, uninstalling the app and reinstalling, rebooting the computer etc…

When the chat bot gives me a link to connect to a support person the link doesn’t work.

There are no phone numbers for Shopify support and their chat bot is useless.

Any suggestions?

Met exactly the same problem tonight. Help is throwing the problem overboard. Serious problem as we cannot make our invoices now! ACTION!!!

After two hours of nightly workaround, contact with provider, reinstalling order printer, checking other platforms even other connection, all of the sudden order printer works, templates returned. No explanation on what has happened, no message there was a problem on Order Printer side that has been tackled, just AI being glad it has been repaired wishing us the best. It’s frustrating, but gladly we can produce our shipping orders and invoices again. Good to say, we couldn’t use the backups of our templates we’ve made because we couldn’t approach Order Printer during this “Cloudflare” thing. Good luck everybody!
