I have received approval to use ‘subscripton API’, ‘read_all_orders’ in my public app.

The document stated that the following scopes were needed.
I tried adding ‘read_payment_mandate,write_payment_mandate’ to the scope, but I get an error that I do not have access to ‘read_payment_mandate’ and ‘write_payment_mandate’.
Am I missing something with ‘write_payment_mandate’ and ‘read_payment_mandate’ access scope?

Hi @MJT01 Thank you for sending over that X-request-id. Unfortunately the logs details didn’t have much information that show the error. In this case if you reach out to our support channel directly they can check more details on the specific app and see what scopes are available. or find logs using the timestamp for when the scope access add attempt failed. Directly contacting support allows us to validate the request from a specific store and gives more opportunity to look deeper in our logs.
