For my product page the variants that are not exists are also showing as sold out, I need to remove them, this is my website www.missartz.com and this is the product page https://www.missartz.com/products/test
Topic summary
A Shopify store owner is experiencing an issue where non-existent product variants continue to display as “sold out” on their product pages, even after deletion. The problem persists specifically when using the PageFly page builder app.
Attempted Solutions:
- Deleted the unavailable variants from Shopify admin, but they still appear
- Tried the “Camouflage: Hide Sold Variants” app, but the developer stated it cannot resolve this issue and that custom code modifications would cause the app to crash
- The PageFly app owner is reportedly busy with other developments and unavailable to help
Recommended Next Steps:
- Contact Shopify Theme Support through live chat for customization assistance (if using a Shopify-supported theme)
- Consider hiring a certified Shopify Expert developer for custom coding work
- Engage with the community to see if others can provide coding solutions
Current Status: The issue remains unresolved. The root cause appears to be the PageFly page builder retaining variant data that has been removed from Shopify’s product settings, likely requiring custom code or developer intervention to fix.
Hey, @MissArtzz .
Thank you for reaching out and posting this question!
I understand that you have some variants that no longer exists and are sold out, so you’re looking to remove them from your website. Since you’ve mentioned that these variants no longer exists, then you can consider editing the variants for existing products and delete the specific variants. However, if you prefer hiding these variants, then you can also consider using a third-party app called Camouflage: Hide Sold Variants. If you need to get help with third-party apps, then the app developers are always available to assist you. Simply reach out to them using the contact information located at the bottom of their app pages.
I’ve also taken a look at your website and I think it looks amazing! I love the various sections that you’re using on the homepage, which really showcases the products, and all of the images look very clear and high-quality. That being said, I think there’s an opportunity to add a logo and replace the generic text-based shop name. You can also consider removing the “Powered by Shopify” message in the footer if you’re interested, as many merchant find this to help make their website look more professional. Have you considered using something like Shopify Inbox to interact with customers live on your store? Also, do you have a marketing plan prepared for your store?
I have already deleted that unavaialble variants but still they are showing, I went for the camouflage they said their app can’t do it for me my app owner says he is busing doing some developments on his pageor else the app will crash. is there any way that you can hide them by code ?

coding? I think coding can do this.
Hey, @MissArtzz .
Thank you for following up!
I’m unable to assist you with custom coding. However, if you’re using a Shopify-supported theme, then our Theme Support team can help you explore some options. While we’re unable to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community, we’d be happy to assist you with a customization request through live chat. Simply visit the Shopify Help Center and login to your account to create a support request.
If our Theme Support team isn’t able to assist you with hiding the variants due to the page being created by a page builder app, then you can also see if the community can assist you with custom coding or you can consider hiring a developer to help you as well. Should you need help finding a developer, then I’d recommend taking a look at our directory of certified developers on Shopify Experts.
If you have any other questions on this topic, then please don’t hesitate to let me know!
