Beyond that then requires a theme customization that depending on the theme may be advanced.
Keep always in mind others do not see what you see or know what you know.
Not everyone has your theme or specific need.

In some well structured themes there will be a price.liquid snippet that is called by the product-grid.liquid snippet used by sections such as Featured Collection.
If the theme is made by shopify you can try to contact support to see if this customization is covered by free design time (60 minutes).

Thought that shouldn’t stop you from making the feature request.
To DIY search the forums for “warehouse theme featured collection price” or some variation with tax, VAT, sale badge, sale, comparison etc to see if existing solutions for DIY.
