After I finished one of my product pages, I noticed that the other two are the exact same. I want to be able to edit each one based on the individual product.

Create a new Product template from the theme customizer under the top center menu where you choose which templates you want to edit.
Then, once you create the template modify it as you see fit then once done, open the product you want to assign it to and flip its template to the one you created instead of “Default Template”.

You can create custom templates in your store, right in the theme customizer, and assign them to various products.
