How do I insert a Trust Pilot widget into my website?

I have been trying to insert the trust pilot widget box to my shopify website, but it will not let me drag and drop the widget to my site. i’ve been searching the web countless’ly and cannot find an answer.

My shopify website is LyricalLights.com,

Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Have you installed the trustpilot app on your Shopify store? If yes, then you can add the widget on the desired location using the app as it has in-built widget customizer.

I have indeed installed the truspilot app on my store, although the widget customizer will not allow me to add the widget to my website. I have dragged and dropped the widget box onto my site and it will not show??

Have you purchased the plan for using the trustpilot widgets? If not then it will not let you add the widget.

Are their not 2 free widgets without a plan?

This can only be checked in the trustpilot app as which widgets are free as per different plans.

did you find a solution? I have the free plan and it is mentioned, that i can use 2 widgets for free, but drag and drop doesnt work.
