Hi there, just wondering if your Contrado app is working properly? When people order more than one item from Contrado on your store are all of products successfully integrated to Contrado? I have had situations where none of the products get integrated to Contrado, and others where only one of two items get synced to Contrado. Are you experiencing the same thing?
Also, are the shipping notifications sent by Contrado or are you manually sending the customers the shipping notifications? Thanks in advance for your help.
