Currently, Shopify Shipping with DHL Express is currently only available in the continental United States. I recommend checking out the third-party shipping apps to see if there are any that can help you display DHL Express rates at checkout. In the meantime, I have submitted a feature request on your behalf to let the team know that you’d like to see Shopify Shipping options for Egypt.
