How do I integrate the Bold Subscription feature into my custom theme?

Hi, I created custom shop it’s based on custom theme.
I hope this feature is called Bold Subscription.

So I need to integrate this option: Subscription and save
Example: https://yourkaya.com/product/2-months-set-with-pads

So what is solution for this, do I need some application like this https://apps.shopify.com/bold-subscriptions or it’s possible to enable on some way in Shopify dashboard?
