How do i keep the search bar open and center under my nav menu at all times

hi im using the studio template for my store. and I was wondering how to keep the search bar in the left hand corner open regardless of it being clicked and having it underneath the nav menu, to make it more noticeable

the reason for this is because its the most important feature for my website.
