Where can I get the help with confirm that I have indeed canceled all subscriptions and payments? The help page and AI were not helpful!
There is no cancel subscription button on my page (it doesn’t like help center said), and the AI did not complete its sentence and constantly disconnect, there was no support advisor….. a bad loop.
I have stopped the payment and deactivated the store, but I am worried that, like other users, I will still be charged after canceling the subscription and will not be able to get a refund…

Edit:I finally got a response from a Support Advisor. They noticed I wasn’t receiving any messages from them, so they sent the confirmation to my inbox. It’s solved.

To address your first question, you mentioned that there is no cancel subscription button. When cancelling your subscription and deactivating your Shopify store, this can be done from your Settings > Plan page. We have the step-by-step process outlined in our Help Center resource. Once you have successfully closed your store, you’ll receive a confirmation email to confirm it’s closed.
To ensure you are not billed in the future, you can confirm the following:
Cancel your service with third-party apps to avoid being billed externally after you deactivate your store.
Make sure to turn off auto-renewal for your custom domain on your registrar’s website to avoid unexpected charges.
Any outstanding balance that you might have on your account (such as transaction fees, shipping label charges, or app subscriptions) will be charged during cancellation. If you have no outstanding charges against your account, then you won’t receive a final invoice.
