Hope someone can shed some light onto this. This might sound really cringy and nooby.
Please note: I use AutoDS automatic fulfillment.
I recently got an order and can see that the order confirmation email was sent to the customer.
When the customer placed an order, I saw on the timeline that an email was sent for the order confirmation.
Now that the product has shipped, I don’t see a preview of the email that should be sent to the customer for the shipping confirmation.
I’m just worried that the customer did not receive the shipping confirmation email.
How do I know if the shipping confirmation was emailed to the customer?
And if it didn’t, is this something that needs to be handled within Shopify or AutoDS?
