How do I link to the Announcement Bar using href in Dawn?

Hi community!

One of my installed apps is using href to position a button ( e.g. header a[href*=“/cart”] ).

I like to place a link to Announcement bar, so wonder what is href to it.

Mo precisely, I want to move currency selector above:

I checked again and found that the currency box will automatically insert to the current position. This might be the settings of the app, no matter how we move it, it will re-position after a few seconds.
Please help me to check in the app settings if it has position settings. Or you can turn off that.
