I am currently using the sense theme and have ran into a problem.with the parent menu, as soon as you add menu items below this It Is no longer clickable.i did scour the forum but does not seem to be a solution.
Tried creating a collection today and added It to My main menu, however this Is placed horizontally which does not work as i dont intend to add any submenus so this have a lot of space below them ,i Just wanted to have a list of menu items vertically
Would you be able to share the link to your store with me here so that I could get an understanding of exactly what is happening?
With the new collection you created, did you instead to add it as a sub heading under an already existing menu item on the store? Let me know, any additional context would be super helpful!
With that, a screenshot of your Online store > Navigation set up would also be helpful so that I can see how you have placed those menus in the backend.
Just as you listed your examples you mentioned Bestsellers - this is a really good section to have in your navigation as it can spark interest with new customers if it’s something trendy.
How are you going about marketing this? Do you highlight your bestsellers on your own social media? If not, I recommend taking some time to put focus on them there, as social media can have a wider outreach and draw more attention to your store and the best selling items!
Hi Laura here are a screen shot of my current navigation menu and here is one of the sephora navigation menu , what i wanted is similar to the sephora one where it has the bestsellers and novita
in the navigation menu listed vertically .i add them as menu items under capelli but they are listed horizontally and increasing the size of my header.what i wanted to have is bestseller,Shop All listed in a column
If possible, could you share with me a screenshot from your admin of how you set up those menus in Online store > Navigation?
That way I may be able to better guide you, as from here it looks like the horizontal menu items were created a single menu items, which is why they spread out horizontally, instead of going under as subheadings.
If you create a Bestsellers item in that same menu that you have shared from the screenshot, you will be able to place it under any of the headings that you have there.
To avoid seeing duplicates, we need to also understand where the current Bestsellers item comes from, - and it appears that it’s from the same place as ‘Shop all’, SHAMPOO, etc.
How did you create the Shampoo, Balsami and Styling menu items?
Also, could you let me know what the name of your theme is?
