How do I make a Row 5 columns wide (using Refresh theme)?

I’ve seen some fixes on here about editing the code but I cannot seem to locate anything in the code that would create a 5 column Row. I am trying to add one currently to the bottom of my product page on Gem Pages. Please let me know if you need any other info - a bit new to Shopify but learning! Thank you!
