How do I make product title on product page different to product title on the nav bar

I want the product title on the product page to also say the quantity included e.g. 30 tablets. However, on the nav bar and menu I don’t want it to say 30 tablets, I want it to just say tablets. So how do I change the product page title to 30 tablets without changing the nav and menu title? Thank you.

30 tablets included when you purchase, I just want the title to let the customer know the quantity they are purchasing.
