ok thanks i found it, but i would like to have it in my announcement bar, at the very top of the page, and i would like to have multiple texts swipe through the announcements bar like the mobile page of www.coolbleu.be view this page please to understand what i mean.

Your demo sends it visible with a slider. So it will be a complicated request with code, you need to edit it. So I recommend you to hire an expert for it if you want to display slider because it needs to edit and debug directly with theme code, it will be difficult for someone to guide you in detail.
