How do I manage a homepage pop up? Dawn theme

I have seen older (2022) answers to this, but the Shopify interface seems to have changed since.

I want to create a popup. Where do I do that?

Well Dawn theme does not provide a newsletter popup by default, So you need to create a third party popup for your homepage like, kalviyo or if you have idea of coding you can create your own custom popup for your homepage using your newsletter form.

I am San from MS Web Designer.

Please note MS Web Designer does not have the option of popup. You need to use third party application to integrate the same.
