How do I manage multiple Instagram accounts and use Meta Business Suite?

Hello,

I’m looking for some guidance on FB and Insta set up please. Firstly, I have connected my FB no problem but in Instagram I now seem to have an extra account (with my store name) rather than the account I originally set up with a handle. I’m going around in circles …

Also confused about whether I need Meta Business Suite at all? Ultimately, I want to post to FB and Insta from one place. Thanks

Have you set up your Facebook catalog. This automatically gets your catalog onto Instagram shopping :slightly_smiling_face: You can find out more here.

About your question, you will need to check if your Instagram account is a Professional Account or not. Shopify only supports connecting with a Professional Account. Please check this article from Shopify to learn more about this account type and how to switch from normal one to this Professional Account: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/online-sales-channels/facebook/instagram/adding-instagram-shopping
I suggest you to use the Meta business Suite to control the Facebook and Instagram store.
