Hello. I have shoes store. And ı have 150 variants. Example 20 colors 15 size. I have black size 6.5 but ı do not have blue 6.5. How ı set this? I want when custumer select blue 6.5 display out of stock when custumer select other color 6.5 display in stock. I use thırd app but ıt ıs only allow ıf ı have all colors and all varıants for one product. How ı resolve thıs problem? Shopify very big ecommerce ı can not understood why limited 100 variants. It ıs very small shoes or clothing category.

You can select the specific variant combination and delete them if you need to remove some of the sizes on some colors:
